Operating into the global marketplace and wishing to satisfy the expectations of all categories of customer, we must be able to maintain a high standard of quality, which can only be achieved by adopting primary means such as ISO management systems. These systems allow us to ensure the satisfaction of the expectations of the interested ones, regarding the products and services provided, the safeguard of the environment, the protection of the health and safety of all our collaborators.
BAI focuses its quality management mainly on the following issues: customer focus, leadership, people involvement, information, training to acquire full awareness of the role played, continuous improvement, relationship with its mutually convenient suppliers. The attention to the environment is achieved through its impacts constant monitoring. Impacts considered are associated with Company’s services and products through all stages of their lifetime and in the identification of areas for improvement that can also be economically advantageous.
The prevention and protection of BAI collaborators’ health and safety have always played a primary role in our Company. These goals are pursued through the involvement and participation of workers in the assessment of all Company risks and the adoption of improvement actions aimed at the elimination or reduction of residual risks. They are also pursued through information and training of workers so they could become increasingly aware of the role played.
Managing quality means making and maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of its processes through the knowledge, the management and monitoring of all production processes in order to pursue a continuous improvement of its performance as well as the full satisfaction of our customers.
We are proud to have achieved, in 2020, the goal of developing a fully integrated Quality-Environment-Health and Safety Management System.
