Successful delivery of BAI new HLF10 fire truck to Nobitz Municipality, Lehndorf Fire Brigade

Our BAI lioness, symbol of Brescia, arrived to Lehndorf Fire Brigade, Nobitz Municipality in Germany on Wednesday evening 10th of January 2018. We are really proud of the successful delivery of BAI new HLF10 fire truck. Lehndorf firemen passion and professionalism are highly appreciated and Lehndorf’s people enthusiasm in welcoming BAI HLF10 fire fighting vehicle to their community is overwhelming and certainly contagious. BAI HLF10 fire vehicle is compliant with DIN 14530-26 (HLF 10) norm and Class M, Category 2 (rural) of EN 1846 norm and is TÜV certified. Chassis is MAN TGM 13.290 BL 4x4 LN36 and features innovative BAIWAY Bodywork technology. G.V.W. is 12.500 kg. Driver cabin is MAN original single cabin with 1+1 seats. Accessories are compliant to BAI standard. BAI monitor foreseen between driver and co-driver with night driving modus.
BAIWAY crew cabin integrated in the vehicle superstructure. Seats foreseen: total 7, complete with 3 points safety belts. 3 seats front, against driving direction and 4 rear seats, in driving direction. Auxiliary heating system in the cabin. Suitable LED light foreseen in the crew cab steps with automatic switch-on at door opening.
BAIWAY customizable structure made in non-welded anodized aluminum with remarkable advantages in terms of corrosion proof and vehicle weight. Front and rear BAI DIAMONDS LIGHTS DESIGN PACKAGE complete with rear integrated traffic lights of LED type. 3 lockers on each side of the bodywork and 1 rear water pump locker. Lockers closed by aluminum rolling shutters with bar-lock. BAI LED internal lockers lights automatically switched on upon opening of each single rolling shutter and subordinated to the position lights. External round lights, LED type, along all the length of the bodywork which enable optimal view of the working area. Hinged-foldable footboards, 250 kg capacity each.
Water tank in GRP, 1600 liters capacity. Water pump Godiva KP1A, performance 2000 l/min at 10 bar. Pump control panel. Quick attack system. Light mast featuring 8x50 W lights. Electrical and warning devices. Ancillary equipment.
