BAI Vario TLF-W

BAI is pleased to present the new BAI Vario TLF-W interchangeable body, on Unimog U5023 chassis.

Because of the different types of intervention all the Fire Brigades face during each season, BAI has designed and produced a first interchangeable bodywork mounted on the best chassis in terms of off-road performance. The first option of module produced is mainly aimed at forest interventions, thanks to the high torsion capacity, the wide overturning angle and the considerable fording capacity of the chassis and the bodywork.

The BAI Vario TLF-W interchangeable body is characterized by ease of use, high quality materials and components and the typical attention to details of BAI.

The bodywork is specifically designed to maintain the intervention strategies adopted by crews trained on TLF 3000 vehicles, which will find the same loading material on BAI Vario TLF-W.

Unloading operations require a few simple steps, which take a total of less than 15 minutes.

  • Foam proportioning system: BAI SMPP 12, mixing ratio from 0.1 to 6%
  • N. 2 Quick attack system hose reel
  • Manual Roof Monitor: 2,000 l / min
  • Rear view camera

  • Cabin roof hatch
  • Foam tank: 120 l capacity in polypropylene
  • High pressure motor pump
  • Additional panel in the cabin for remote control of the motor pump
