Our Service department is made by high-qualified and experienced technicians dedicated to your requests for:

• Repairing of vehicles, equipments and fire fighting modules - in our factory or on user’s site.
• Repairing or modifying of BAI vehicles out of warranty.
• Maintenance service (half-yearly, yearly) - in our factory or on user’s site.
• Repairing of BAI damaged vehicles.

For all requests for service, please provide the following details through the Form of Inquiry:

• Exact data of the vehicle (i.e. type of fire fighting superstructure, chassis number, date of first registration, etc…);
• Exact description of the problem (which may be better accompanied by documentation and photographs).
